Welcome to Bulldogs Exchange, the official online merchandise store of National University (NU) Philippines ("NU", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1Eligibility
Our store is open to all customers. NU students and faculty may be eligible for exclusive products and discounts upon verification of their student or faculty ID through our platform. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and place orders.
2Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@national-u.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
3Products and Pricing
All prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without prior notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly.
4Orders and Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraud. Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), GCash, Maya, credit/debit cards, and other methods made available through our payment gateway. For online payments, you will be redirected to a secure third-party payment processor (PayMongo). We do not store your card details.
5Shipping and Delivery
We ship to all areas within the Philippines. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Shipping fees are calculated based on order subtotal and may be waived for orders exceeding the free-shipping threshold. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by you.
6Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled by the customer only while the order status is Pending. Once an order has been confirmed, processed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, visit your order detail page and click "Cancel Order." Cancelled orders with prior payments will be subject to our refund policy.
7Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. To initiate a return, visit the Returns & Refunds page and submit a request with photos of the item and waybill. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
8Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the NU Bulldogs branding, logos, text, images, and product designs — is the intellectual property of National University Philippines or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9User Conduct
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose; to submit false or misleading information; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or to disrupt the normal operation of our website.
10Privacy
Your use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulldogs Exchange and National University Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
12Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manila, Philippines.
